THESE ARE THE ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT:
Choose any of the methods above to pay! All major credit cards or E-transfer. I prefer E-TRANSFERS because I do not have to pay a fee that way! (Square charges a percentage of your purchase when you pay by credit card)
CURRENT SHIPPING OPTIONS:
Here is how the checkout, shipping, and payment process works:
- Choose your items and add them to your “Cart”.
- Once you view and like your cart, you type in your mailing location to see the shipping options. Currently, shipping options are shown in the graphic above.
- After viewing your Cart, click “Proceed to Checkout” at bottom of Cart.
- You will be directed to a page where you enter all your information to ship your order (Address, email, phone etc)
- You will be given a choice of “direct bank transfer” or pay by credit card.
- IF DIRECT BANK TRANSFER (I do not have to pay a percentage of your order to Square):
- Once your order goes through, I can either invoice you and when you receive the invoice, you can choose whatever method of payment you like (I believe it includes paypal).
- Or, you can just go ahead and log into your online banking institution as you usually would. Select “Send INTERAC E-transfer” form your bank account menu. You can then email your payment to: email@example.com – just please let me know the password!
- IF CREDIT CARD PAYMENT: (I pay a percentage of your order to Square):
- This webstore is SECURE with an SSL CERTIFICATE! I believe it will let you input your payment details directly.
- Remember to add any special notes to me with your order, then click “process order!” after paying. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and its status.
- International Customers: You will be charged an initial $40 to cover shipping charges. Once posted, the actual amount will be provided to you with your tracking number. If it is less than $40, you can decide to receive a store credit for your next purchase, or a refund of the difference as an e-transfer (e-transfer – not paypal).
- For shipping options, this will depend on the size of your order.
- The dimensions plus a layer of bubble wrap to ensure its safe delivery to you will determine which option will fit. If it does not, I will contact you directly to let you know.
- Alternately, if I feel your item could be sent for less money, I can change that while I am on the phone with you.
- One or two small items that, WHEN PACKED, are 20MMS THICK or less can be sent via REGULAR MAIL for around $3.00
- This ONLY WORKS if you have one or a couple of small items and they fit in the little slot that Canada Post uses for a larger size envelope. (the slot is 20MM)
- You order will be sent via Canada Post Xpresspost for Canadian as well as all other Global Orders. *It will only be sent by Regular Mail if it is small enough in dimensions to fit in the slot that Canada Post allows for regular mail envelopes.
- INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS: Thank you for choosing my items! You will have to pay two separate times – once for your items and a second time once shipping is calculated. Free shipping option at my discretion and depending on the $ amount of your order – I am known to be generous with my regular clients!
I will let you know the Tracking Number once I have shipped it. You will need to pay ALL shipping charges prior to me putting it in the capable hands of Canada Post and XpressPost, or other international courier.
